The welcoming reception and player registration will be held on Sunday 1st March 2009 at the Wrest Point Boardwalk Gallery from 2pm to 5pm. Wrest Point is the major sponsor of the championship. Please refer to the attached Wrest Point Accommodation Booking Form for details.
Players are requested to bring their golf clubs with them. A truck will be available in the car park at the entrance to the Boardwalk Gallery. Clubs will be loaded and transported to the courses. Players will be responsible for their clubs after play on Friday the 6th of March 2009. Player registration packs will be supplied, which will include all tee off times, and other relevant information.

The Presentation Dinner will be held in the Tasman Room at Wrest Point. The dinner will be a buffet style. Pre dinner drinks will commence at 7pm with the dinner commencing at 7.30pm. Preferred seating arrangement will be available during the week of the championship.
